HOWO 8X4 25T 40CBM Animal Food Poultry Bulk Chicken Feed Grain Delivery Tank Truck
Bulk Feed Delivery Tanker Truck (Bulk Feed Truck), called bulk animal chicken feed transport tank truck, Bulk Feed Delivery Truck, bulk feed pellet truck, bulk-grain carrier, bulk forage truck etc. It is mainly used in the feed factory to livestock poultry farm and feed processing user or transport bulk raw grain feed finished feed production, at the same time it also can be used to transport some no corrosive powder and granular materials, such as pharmaceutical powder and grain circulation.
Features
1. Bulk feed transport truck than packaged into bags of transport not only save labor, and the cost is lower, but requires livestock and poultry farms have a storage tank containing feed.
2. Bulk feed in the tank sealed conveying, reduce loss, ensure quality, avoid pollution. Automatic loading and unloading, continuous operation, greatly improve production efficiency.
3. Automatic hydraulic system, easy to operate and easy to use. Chassis adopts truck chassis, other parts, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and so on are standardized, imported hydraulic parts, to provide convenient conditions for maintenance.
4. The tank can be equipped with sub-bin, can transport a variety of different kinds of feed or puffing medium.
Transport medium: puffed and pellet feed, powder, corn, density is generally 0.5/ cubic.
Optional feed tank capacity: 8cbm to 40cbm bulk feed truck.
Optional quantity of compartments: 2-5 warehouses, 3 warehouses as our standard.

Discharge method: Electric or hydraulic screw conveyer discharge system, electric can be powered by a generator.
Paint Process
1. Physical and chemical shot blasting treatment of metal surface;
2. Crystal skin treatment;
3. Filling and filling soil with alloy putty;
4. Electrostatic powder coating;
5. Heat curing 200-220 ℃ high temperature baking;
6. Normal temperature cool down. (Acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant)
